The provision of services consists of the creation, development and customization of high-performance software combined with geospatial technology and remote sensing. This virtual environment aims to serve the client according to their needs and customizations.
4.1.1. The virtual environment may have specific terms for paid services, which are an integral part of these Terms.
4.2. The virtual environment is considered a website, since its use and access depend on the use of an internet browser provided by third parties.
4.3. These Terms establish the conditions for using the Website and accessing the features offered, which include access to news, information about our team and our services, access to customer service channels (“Contact” section, Talk to Gmg; “WhatsApp” section; “Orion” section, Talk to an Orion specialist, Talk to the Orion team; “News” section, Login/Register) and Newsletter.
Different features are made available to the user on our website, which are free of charge, such as:

Orion Section: The virtual environment allows the user to fill out a form, inserting their personal data, in order to be contacted by an Orion specialist from the information technology department of Gmg Ambiental.

Contact Section: The virtual environment allows the user to enter personal data by filling out a form to contact Gmg Ambiental.

WhatsApp Section: The virtual environment allows the user to contact the sales department, via WhatsApp, in order to request more information about our services, requests to schedule presentations, scheduled appointments and partnerships.

News Section: The virtual environment allows the user to access the main news about Fires, Satellite Monitoring of the State of Mato Grosso, Bonsucro Awards, Orion Platform, among others, with the possibility of registration through a public profile or email.

4.4. By filling out the form available in the sections mentioned in the item above, you may receive messages sent by us to the email and/or telephone number provided. Please note that, at any time, you will always have the option to request the suspension of receiving these communications, through the same channels through which they were presented, as long as they do not affect contact with you for any requests made.
4.5. The available functionalities may be discontinued by Gmg Ambiental's motivated or unmotivated decision.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
